Day 2 Ab Challenge!
So obviously day 2 is really day 3 but workout 2 since it's done 3 days a week. (Try and follow that one yikes!) today's first two sets were easier! Yay! However, I only made it to 3 sets because I was struggling hardcore. Planning to go all out on Friday! :)

Day 1: 30 Day Challenge
Holy cow. Do not be fooled this is not a breeze workout! Definitely struggled on first day here is the beginning! Day 1: May 13!! Also incase you miss it on the link, it is 4, I repeat, 4 circuits!!

30 Day Ab Challenge!
When it comes to working out I am god-awful at getting the motivation. I always played sports year round and didn't ever worry. Well, now that I'm in school full time and not playing 7 days a week I am starting this fun thing. 30 DAY AB CHALLENGE. I will post my results every day I do the challenge (3 days a week for 30 days) and we shall see how it goes!
